Today's thoughts, tomorrow's photoshoot and some workout

I bought a new weight today and a yoga matt, super happy now! The weight's 16 kg so it's perfect for deadlifting and such, wonderful. I feel my muscles growing by the second!
And the matt I really needed since I have nothing and doing ab exercises on hardwood floors hurts a LOT.

Tomorrow I have a photoshoot signed up, during the day and in natural daylight, so I'm really nervous what kind of make up I should put. I should really ask the photographer also if he's got some hopes for the make up.

I'm not writing much today, I'm feeling really tired and fully exercised so I feel exhausted in all possible ways. I'm starting over with my weight loss plan, so the side bar there ->
will look a bit different from now on, since I'm seriously restarting the whole process.
I'm also on a rather unnatural diet of eggs and ramen noodles, but don't worry, I eat my greens and fruits ;)

How are you guys? How are your lives going?

Stretching is the most important thing in a workout

I always forget to stretch, and many times it has caused me so many problems. Now I stretch every day, have a certain schedule of stretching and stretch even just for stretching, to get more flexible. I used to never stretch mostly because I am really flexible already, I've always been, I've never really had to work for getting to the stretch poses and never really felt any stretching. But that was when I was a kid.
I'm not a kid anymore, and now I feel the stretch and it tells me I need to do this way more often. Which is exactly what I'm doing. Now here's some thing you could do to stretch yourself, including ordinary stretching and some yoga:

Yoga yoga yoga and yoga

You know, I used to absolutely hate yoga. I still think it's boring, 'cause there's no action and no weights, which is sort of more my thing than anything else, anything quiet and relaxing and blah. But, now I don't hate it. I do yoga every day and that's all because of these pictures - bunny yoga! It's so cute and so helpful that I actually have started to like yoga, though I dare say I don't do them six times in a row...

I love bunny yoga <3
