Exercise diary
My physiotherapist said it would be quite okay for me to walk around a bit everyday and that I'm allowed to do my muscle exercises, just as long as I don't go straining myself. So I've started taking 20 minute walks and doing my butt workout plus a few pushups, so I don't wither away whilst I lose weight!
